Hello!
Christmas is on this weekend. Parents and brother went to Singapore in this Christmas, I didn't go. Grandma and auntie is following they all, so the car got not enough place.
Long time didn't go Singapore already, The last time I went to Singapore is when I was form 3, went there to attend my cousin wedding. Now that cousin already had 2 daughters. haha
I remembered when I was young, I went to Singapore every December of the year to celebrate Christmas. Sometime went there twice in a year.
Due to the expense at Singapore getting more and more expensive, this few year we didn't go to Singapore.
Kinda miss there, got some nice childhood memories there. Too bad, can't go this time, don't know when still can go there.
I got my result today. The result maintained, but didn't improve much. My parents reaction is better compare with last few time when they heard my result. Last time when I told them about it, they got no reaction and they give the don't care face. haha. This time, dad reply " You got full A only come and tell me." , Mom reply " You got the best in the class?" haha
I think they are just too shy. wahaha. They are happy with my result, just don't show it out and already get used to it.
After I went to college, my parents always complain me playing around and didn't study. But they still let me out here and there, go scout activity, got less restriction on me compare with last time. I think this is because my result had make them trust me more.
My parents complained is consider right, I didn't study much in front of them, I only study at the midnight when everyone is sleep. Don't know why I can only do work and study at night. Maybe because got less distraction at the midnight. I will just slack and play in the day time and evening.
See some of my friends do well on their exam, quite happy to them. Their effort and hard work finally pay off. I also saw many pro people telling the whole world that fail in the exam on Facebook. haha.
This semester result really exactly same as what I expected before and after exam, can go buy Magnum 4 D already. haha The good thing is I can apply Merit Scholarship again. Can go the interview again, hope is the same lecturer and people interview me, quite fun to have interview with them. haha
Got such a result is useless for me, because I still don't know what I wanna be in the future. =(
I also got no skills, my presentation, writing and language skills still very weak. As you know, mass communication need to have all of this skills.
Quite admire those people that know what they want in the future.
Honestly, mass communication exam is nothing compare with high school subject.Not to show off and saying I am very pro here, it is the truth. It is all about how much effort you put in and your attitude.
Assignments play more important role than exam in mass communication. Again, it is all about your effort and attitude.
People like me with weak language skill and not naturally smart, need to put in extra effort in study and work. Every time I study and do work, I rely on Google translate and my hp dictionary. I need to spend more time to write one essay or an email compare with the normal people. Besides that, I don't sleep for more than 24 hours, and skip breakfast and lunch just for a assignments. Of course, don't follow me not to sleep and skip meal. haha
Just be more discipline, know to do what thing at the right time and know how to differentiate what is important and benefits to yourself. haha
I am lucky to have the friends to help me all along too. Thank them very much.

My niece from Singapore, Junru. She is the elder the daughter of that Singapore cousin that I mention in this post. If you remember, I had post a photo of her in my 2011 February post. She had grow up a lot. haha
